Economic WWIII

Economic WWIII

We have been in WWIII ( or maybe IV because I consider the Cold War a Global chess game and WWIII), for quite awhile and it really isn't confined to Radical Islam (wanting to keep themselves in the 17th century) versus the west it has to do with global economics and includes people like Korea and Iran and Syria who are coincidentally currently being "ostrasized" by the global economic community for not playing by the rules and desiring to "stay put" and keep an old fashioned "status quo". The war is against those who are predominantly pushing globalization versus those who are entering the 21st century economic reality kicking and screaming. I don't like it either and remember simpler times but I am a realist and know that globalization and total free trade is just as certain for our future as socialized medicine.

The worldwide investors or "electronic herd" encourages the population because information is so readily available now and through international investment agencies such as the IMF and world bank and free trade agreements base their investments in countries on whether those countries comply with the requirements for transparency of economics and politics that investors demand. In essence, countries are now invested in so deeply that they are basically an item to be traded on the "futures market" as a commodity and some of them are fighting the program and that's what you are seeing. Some countries have given up and understand that they can't survive without outside investors dictating to them and don't know how to preserve their culture and enter this century at the same time but it can be done if they join the crowd.

People are always bitching about the president not doing anything about the price of oil and gas, but he is really powerless except for lifting federal taxes at the pump but then you have local and state taxes (that's 33% the price you are paying). Oil futures traders and their greedy feeding frenzy is what really drives the price of oil no matter what is going on in any part of the world. Remember because of shipment delays and processing the price for a barrel of oil will only be reflected at the pump 45 days or so later (that's how long it takes a tanker to get from the middle-east to Houston for example and unload. They usually have to wait in line as our refineries are overworked and we need more. We actually usually have a glut of oil tankers off our coast just waiting to unload but because we lack refineries and storage it takes some time. Also remember that when refineries produce for Illinois or California etc that each state has different strict guidelines and formulas (we have about 45 special formulas nationwide) and if we had only two grades without difference like we did in the 60s the price of gas would be reduced about 25%.....believe it or not. Consider also that Chicago and Milwaukee all use this ethanol blend requiring corn.....yea but get this, they have to ship the corn down the Mississippi to New Orleans and then stop processing other states oil to produce the Midwest oil and then they only have one (I repeat ONE) pipeline to ship the special blend back up north. People also blame the oil companies and I say irregardless of their profits.......look at how many gas stations are actually company "owned" in each state....very few. In Florida for example there are 5,000 convenience/service stations and only 40 statewide are owned outright by big oil companies, the rest are independently owned "franchises". Also consider that most of our imported oil comes from Canada (number one importer) followed by Mexico and Venezuela (citgo!) and then North Sea Sweet crude before we even see middle eastern countries on the list. We never got much oil from Iraq to begin and still don't with which makes the argument that we went to war for oil so ridiculous it's not even worth arguing about. What is driving the price of oil right now is the fact that China has increased it's demand of "our share" so much that it is willing to pay the "spot" price (usually about 10 dollars higher than what you hear reported) consistently just like Japan did in the late 70s during the oil embargo and that drives the price up. We don't care and never did about Iranian oil, we worry more about Russian reserves, they were always self-sufficient and in fact the only country in the world that was.

Korea is a land without any resources and completely dependent upon others to feed them while Kim Il song collects models and signed footballs and acts like the spoiled little rich kid that he is. He only wants the world to "pay attention" and when a country that can have a nuke with people starving wants attention we HAVE to pay attention and he knows it. He wants headlines and he wants to be known,, it's as simple as that. He has to focus hate for his corruption "away" from himself and give the starving people something else to direct their hate at, we are very convenient.

Iran is a land that has a "secular" population that really wants all the trappings of the 21st century and doesn't really want an Islamic state, Houmeni was just the only one organized and charismatic enough at the time to overthrow the very corrupt shaw, it wasn't a religous revolution at all, just easy to unite people under that banner. It isn't working and people are getting upset because they see other countries succeeding and getting nice cars etc by cooperating with the economic forces “that be” through the internet and this scares the government and those in power and so they have to get the folks "riled" up and direct this anger elsewhere....guess where again! It's just a cheap magicians trick or distraction.

Palestine and Lebanon have a lot of poor and for politicians to remain in power because even poor people because of the internet are seeing how the "other half" lives and are getting upset; they must redirect this frustration away from themselves to remain in power even though they are the reason these people are still in rags.....guess who gets the brunt of the anger again!

All this points out is that these "rogue" states that are unwilling to join and follow the rules of the new economic global order are waging a war against joining and that includes middle eastern countries because it calls for a transparent economic system and open information in the internet age and this can only spell doom to their desires of holding power and it scares them. That's why this is WWIII but you are only hearing about some Islamic Middle Eastern countries because that's where the most backward nations trying to stay uselessly in the 17th century are located. It includes Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea and Iran and any other place that autocratic corrupt regimes are in power.

We experienced the same anti western (anti-American) hatred in Africa and south/Central America when these countries in the 60s were beginning to emerge but there was no internet then to let them know what they were missing out on so it was less violent when the juntas were letting go of power back then. This isn't new!

Hope this helps understand things, it's not a religious war, it's an economic globalization war under the "guise" of religion because it's easier to call attention to and find those who will fight for it rather than economics and power.
